Status: cornbread baked and cooling for dressing. Celery and onion crisping in ice water ready to be chopped. And so far, that's as far as I've gotten. I have to work 5 - midnight tonight, and I still haven't decided exactly when I'm cooking the turkey - tonight after I get home and set an alarm to get up and check on him, or set an alarm for earlier than normal tomorrow and get up and put him in the oven.
