I've had the same problem with trying to download books. But I've gone back a day or two later and they downloaded fine. Not a great comfort when you want your books right away, but keep trying.
But the Connect store is definitely the weakest part of the Reader, as everyone agrees. Does anyone see any sign that Sony is trying to improve it?
