yeah, uh, csss?? Well, at our school, for the special education department (IEPs and other paperwork), we have a computer system named "eCSSS" and pronounced "E, C, triple S" (because we are quite clever that way). I know what that is and how to work it quite well, but I donʻt recall any appealing penguins or oh-so-classy-randomly-trotting-by llamas...
