If I say "Europe", you'll have to understand that if I'm going to spend eleventy-hundred hours on a plane to get into that vicinity, I'm likely not going to be satisfied with one country. If you twist my arm though (uh...ow...oh...yeah...that's goood), I'd say a food-lover's tour of France first.
