I had a problem with the connect store when I wanted to redeem my voucher but I contacted customer service and they were prompt, courtious and polite. While I totally agree that Connect sucks so hard it blows I must admit the customer service people were great. (Are you listening Sony? Give those people a nice bonus will ya?)
