Calibre does not have the level of font support you are asking for. (Although it would be really cool and fairly easy to add.) You will have to create the directory yourself (in whatever file manager you use) and copy the fonts by hand.

Sidenote: the most frustrating aspect of current eBook devices is how little effort would be required to make the reading experience significantly better.
