one year my daughter and I did Hannukah Carols for a good friend of mine (there are actually some!) she was so excited/happy she cried!

in Girls Scouts we were always very sensitive to the issue and either celebrated seasonal fesitivities, or the actual celebration depending on the demography of our troops
