Before you go, set up your home computer with logmein.
When you go, leave your home computer on and connected to the internet.
While on vacation, log into your logmein account, where you can control your home computer from wherever you are.
Use your home computer remotely to buy, download and strip the book, then email it to yourself.
You don't need anyone to do it for you, you can do it yourself.
I use logmein all the time to write on my home computer during my lunch break at work. It works great.
