I thought it must be that evil GraceKrispy, flappy what is left of her wings, in Hawiaii using the butterfly effect penguin effect to create all of these pineapple expresses, but this storm is too cold so it may have come in from the Northern Pacific/Alaska. 
It looks like another storm is right behind it.
