Shopping around for a prs 300 recently and came upon this deal at costco, which is running before black friday:

Sony PRS 300 (i'll assume they only have silver)
+ Sony Black Leather Cover
+ usb to AC Charger (members only exclusive)

= $199.99 (with Shipping & Handling included)

best buy is also selling a 300 (at $200) which comes with a $30 card on black friday but i'm not crazy enough to venture to the store on that day.
