You might want to learn something about Fascism before you start calling names. Taking care of the disabled was not one Fascism's goals.

Enabling the handicapped to be productive *helps* the economy. It's a fact so obvious that I'm rather alarmed that you can't see it.

But it doesn't seem that you see very much. I know blind people with more vision.
