She left off goat intestines wrapped around fat. Thatʻs a staple at the in-laws. As is roll-throwing, but only if Iʻm doing it. Iʻm the official roll-thrower. Iʻm very good at it. I take it seriously. The goat part delicacy I generously leave for others.
