L&H - Laurel & Hardy
W&W - Wheeler & Woolsey
A&C - Abbot & Costello
M&L - Martin & Lewis
R&M - Rowan & Martin
Although I know what S&M
is, I have no idea who S&M
are, and B&S baffles me completely.
