Folders. Don't care much about the others as otherwise the Kindle is fine for what I use it for--leisure reading.
I want something with a bigger screen that I can read and mark up scholarly articles etc.--but an e-ink devices will probably never be ideal for that, and I'll be waiting for a nice LCD tablet device down the road when battery life etc. improves.
