Hmmm, Collecting orders that get charged right away on a credit card for an item that is JUST under the 30 day limit set on most purchases in the US for pre-order items and then face a lawsuit when you get your paddies caught stealing tech from another company along with the release of software that (supposedly) won't even support the proposed DRM you are releasing the book in?
Sounds like vaporware and smells like vaporware. I really hope I'm wrong but I just see to much shadiness to be comfortable. I was ready to order one and just couldn't manage to trust B&N.
