In regards to Tumor Chapter 7.
Amazon sent me back a form letter reply that said, "Please note that, the availability of content in the Kindle Store depends on the author or publisher that owns rights to the content... I request you to check our website for same title after few days regrading availability in United States..."
I also emailed the author and received the response, "We've already sent word to Amazon about the problem. Hope to have it resolved shortly."
So, I'd give it a day or two and I imagine they'll get it fixed.
