It's great to see that you offer your work in multiple formats. We love to support author/ members who participate in our forums.
The signature line can be added once you have been a member for 1 week and make a few posts... I can't remember what the exact rule is.. Just try to make one after a week and see when it lets you.
You can access it quickly by clicking on the blue bar above (to the right) and click on "Quick Links". The drop down menu will have "edit signature".
You can also click on "User CP" blue bar up above on the left. This will give you the list of options.
