Yup I ordered it straight from them although I have found them on e-bay as well and the delivery was cheaper from there.
I bought from Ectaco as they were offering a couple of free accessories.
The thing I was not happy with from Ectaco was the information they wanted from me. After I`d paid by credit card on their site they sent me an e-mail asking for a scan of an ID with a photo (passport etc), a scan of the front and back of the credit card and a completed document they sent which asked for my card details again with a signature.
I told them I wasn`t happy sending that information but I noticed they were happy with paypal which I paid with as I have an account with paypal for my on-line business which didn`t need any additional information.
But they were very easy to deal with and responded well to the e-mails I sent.
