there's no even ground here... no option for kids who don't have that 20... just another way for some to cheat to get by.
when I was in college I had an instructor that lost our mid-term tests without entering the grades. in an effort to be "fair" she gave everyone a B. I was on the Dean's List and that REALLY pissed me off! not to mention that about half the class were dragging down Ds on a regular basis
