So far there hasn't been a problem. I'm doing exactly what Amazon wants of me or requires of me.

I've decided not to do anything. I'm simply visiting Peru for 40 years, which is my right as a U.S. citizen (married to a Peruvian).

I will continue to buy ebooks using the legal methods available to me. I'm not going to rock the boat and explain anything to them.
