Ryleigh is well on the mend. The doctor gave her a prescription to help push it out of her system quicker and she probably could have gone back to school today, but being an overprotective parent, I kept her home. Tomorrow is a holiday here in the States, Veteran's Day, so it will give her a little extra time to get healthy. I'm lucky because I have my two adult children still living at home. They will babysit tonight so that David and I can go out to dinner. He has made all the arrangements but has told me I have to dress-up, which is NOT my favorite thing to do.
I'm pretty much a jeans and sweater girl and am usually a fairly cheap date, too.
