heh. they are not allowed to cut off your water here for nonpayment, either. have i mentioned how evil this j*ck@$$ is ? (to be clear, it is not the water company who would have cut the water off, it is the building manager / owner).

thanks for the wishes for getting soaking wet soon. i am hoping for the same thing. no sign of the plumber yet, or whoever he supposedly called.
