AAAAARRRG !!! farking h*ll !!!!! i've just come home to discover there is no running water in my appartment. AGAIN. i have no idea why but i suspect that the same idiot neighbors as the last time reported a leak, probably to the fire department or some other completely inappropriate authority, and had the water shut off to the whole building as a result. i went downstairs but as far as i can see, the only cutoff faucet which is accessible is open. which means i can't fix this myself. and since it's now almost 2:30 in the morning, i'm reluctant to go banging on doors (reluctant, and yet so, so tempted).
this means no shower before bed and brushing my teeth with the tiniest drop of water possible. there had BETTER be running water tomorrow when i get up, that's all i have to say. i swear to ghod, if there is not a damned good reason for this, i think i will scream.
