I love a good vampire story so I just bought KarateMonkey's recommendation of Already Dead by Charlie Huston.

My vote for favorite anti-hero goes to Nick Charles from the Thin Man (with Mike Hammer a close second).

A couple classics not yet mentioned -- Hamlet, Tom Sawyer, and Captain Ahab. I also think Jane Austin's Emma makes a pretty good anti-hero with the flaw of being meddlesome beyond belief, but you like her anyway.
