Now THAT's funny. Sarge is currently incarcerated in the City. I'm having difficulty contrasting it with the life everywhere else under the dome.
Since the City basically controls the artificial weather patterns, they have a more normal lifestyle than the outlying villages, who pretty much live in total darkness.
the City also happens to have all the power and wealth too
