hamburger, cooked with onion and crushed tomatoes til all liquid is absorbed, later of corn, then layer of mashed potatoes and topped with shredded cheese.
Popped into a hot over for just a few minutes.......served with a salad and warm rolls w/butter.........dinner!

If my daughter Shannon were to read your post, she would be hoping a jet and heading out your way to help you eat it!!

She loves Shepard's pie (well, Cottage, I guess). There is an Irish restaurant/pub here that serves Shepard's pie and Shannon gets cravings for it every now and then. I've yold her she needs to learn to cook it herself, but she says that's what restaurants are for. She better find a better paying job or she's going to starve when she finally moves out.

I've tried to get her to learn to cook but she likes to be "creative" in the kitchen and following a recipe is just too boring. God help whoever she invites to dinner one day.
I've been cooking a lot lately, too. Not because I want to but because the hubby has been complaining that we're eating out too much. Some people are never happy!
