I don't know about 'superb.' One of the major advantages of most ebook devices is the e-ink screen. A regular color lcd screen is not as easy on the eyes. OK for recipes, but just like my computer screen, I would not want to spend hours reading novels on it. And who needs color for ebooks anyway? (I'm referring to people who actually read as opposed to looking at pretty pictures.)
