Actually, the "little guy" is the Hyper-mechanic. Some thought Krieglmyer mad for hypothesizing angstrom sized hyper-mechanics capable of tri-euclidean phase sphere calculations, but once he had them sliding through the geoplasma tunnels at varying states, much of the criticism became muted.

Once the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) is stabilized, there are plans to bombard the hyper-mechanics with heavy protons and see what happens. My guess is the hyper-mechanics will grow at increasingly exponential rates and devour Geneva.

But that is what deal-science is all about. Sometimes there are unintended metropolitan casualties, yes, but the reward more than justifies the sacrifices.
