Not only do I not remember the names of books, I often don't remember the names of their authors or characters inside them (inside the books, not the authors

). Actually I have problems with names generally...well, any proper noun really...hell often just nouns. Actually just yesterday I realised that I might be starting to have problems with...well, I couldn't think of the word at the term, but it turns out it was "adverbs".
They're in there...it's all in there. I just can't get to them readily. That's why I love teh interwebs, my computers and my mobile phone - reference, both personal and external. I've a reasonable memory for what we can broadly call "facts" (though I mean fictional or non-fictional "facts" - events, data, connections), no matter how trivial (and there's a lot of that in there), but the words describing them are not filed alphabetically, or at least not according to any alphabet I know. Or maybe it's because I file it all under "D" for "Don't forget" (and yet I definitely put the Escape/Pina Colada Song under "F", but do you think I can forget that Rupert Holmes abomination?).
Cheers,
Marc
