With USPS Global Express the sender should be able to give you a "tracking number" that you can use on the USPS web site to find out where the package is.
This is the same way that I had my Reader shipped to me in the UK - it took about a week to arrive.
I really wouldn't worry about it - especially if your 6 days includes Easter!
