Robert, I think it all depends on exactly where you draw the line on scheming and dishonesty. Certainly there was not full disclosure here when this was announced. So to my mind it was not fully honest. The requirements were way less than clear either here or on facebook until you had already entered your email address --- THEN IT TELLS you you have to do something else. That is near a scheme to me. I believed that all I needed to do was enter my email address and I'd be in the contest. I did that and you (or facebook) captured my email address and then turned right around and immediately slapped me in the face and said "Oh sorry you aren't in the contest because you aren't a facebook member, but thanks for your email address - neener, neener!"
It was deceptive and scheming to my way of thinking and yes even dishonest because it was not fully explained. I would urge you to take care in any such undertakings in the future because it doesn't take much to ruin a reputation with escapades like this. I like your product, but I absolutely despise this so-called contest and the way it was used to manipulate us.
