That's all fine and well if Bookeen is only focused on the French market, but they are actively promoting their products internationally. The French market is quite small compared to the US and the world markets. If Bookeen gives the French more attention and support and neglects the bigger US and world markets, they will not be successful. Perhaps Bookeen needs to stop promoting their product to the rest of the world and just be happy being a niche player in France, in the eInk bookreader marketplace.

Companies do not have souls, human beings do. I see no-one here calling out or insulting any individual Bookeen employee. I have worked in customer service in the past...if my company is treating its customers badly, then customers have called me and yelled at me. A good customer service representative knows not to take such things personally. However, if one wants to be a good customer service representative and wants to please their customer, they will not want to work for a company for long that provides bad service to their customer, ignores customer complaints or has poor customer service policies (unless, maybe they are the owner of the company) like Bookeen.
