No doubt this is true for Bookeen's attitude towards *French* customers - and I really can't find fault with that as so *FEW* of the other manufacturers are doing much non-US/non-Asia support. However, France is a small part of the EU and an even *smaller* part of the world market, so ignoring customer support when they're *clearly* trying to market outside France is, to say the least, stupid, Stupid, STUPID!

And poor customer service ? Was one of the best i've seen, i mean, the one time i REALLY needed them. And for me, it have the convenience of being France-based.
I don't think that is what she means, rather that most internationally-marketing companies handle their customer service better. But I could be wrong.
