Well, at least Bookeen care about the French market. The only other who sometimes remember we're here is sony. The rest, if available at all, means Internet order, and a total mess to get support.

people, sure, I agree with you. But we are talking about a company that is providing poor customer service. Companies that operate like this don't usually stay in business for long...or perhaps you think companies that treat their customers like "crap" should continue to be supported by their customers? So, because you go to work, you suddenly stop being a person ? I hope your boss don't think the way you do. Even when you're talking big companies like apple, sony, or amazon, it's still peaple working there.
And poor customer service ? Was one of the best i've seen, i mean, the one time i REALLY needed them. And for me, it have the convenience of being France-based.
