Well, at least Bookeen care about the French market. The only other who sometimes remember we're here is sony. The rest, if available at all, means Internet order, and a total mess to get support.

So, because you go to work, you suddenly stop being a person ? I hope your boss don't think the way you do. Even when you're talking big companies like apple, sony, or amazon, it's still peaple working there.

And poor customer service ? Was one of the best i've seen, i mean, the one time i REALLY needed them. And for me, it have the convenience of being France-based.
