Respect people, sure, I agree with you. But we are talking about a company that is providing poor customer service. Companies that operate like this don't usually stay in business for long...or perhaps you think companies that treat their customers like "crap" should continue to be supported by their customers? In the US (and other countries too), basic economics are at work here...
