Well...when 'Koninginnedag' falls on a sunday you will get the monday off. And of course most of all other holidays are fixed in the week. 'Tweede Paasdag, Tweede Pinksterdag and Hemelvaartsdag.
The only exeptions are Christmas, but that is two days and almost never falls completely in the weekend and Jan 1st
