I have about 100pp. to go but so far, this is a contender for the #1 spot of my favorite books. VERY well written and the audiobook version is definitely the best narration I've ever heard! They use 4 different voices for narration which adds a super nice touch.

I thought this was an incredible book.

I'm from the South and was raised in the South, and we have a certain way when it comes to manners. (We're also aware when individuals DO NOT have manners.)

I found this book to have many Truths about the Black Help and also about life. It's a book that has a large degree of courage in its writing and in the depiction of its characters.

This is, in my opinion, an important novel.
