Good stuff, all. I have The Naked God in hardcover, and the others in PB.
I've met Hamilton, and he's a nice guy as well as a fine writer. I met him when he was over promoting _The Sleeping God_ (which I helped to arrange), and at the time he estimated he had made perhaps a couple of hundred dollars in royalties from ebook sales. Unfortunately, his then publisher was one who
didn't get it regarding ebooks.
