Interesting question

I use my 3.75inch palm left handed and one handed, rotated to landscape view and use my left hand to tap the forward button - the unit weighs about 200g and is about at the limit of what I find comfortable in one hand.

I'd like to use an e-ink device in a similar manner, though possibly not rotated which is why I'lm looking at 5 inch devices. But I haven't got any certainty yet about whether the button lay out will work well for that.
