What a great point! But my kids are only half-penguin, so, in the dark, it might not be immediately obvious

(Thanks for the WB-- when I was last here, I think you had disappeared for a little bit, so WB to you too!!!)

and where we went, We just stood there and the kids ran willy-nilly to get the treats from everywhere. In that neighborhood, half the houses we went to belonged to the kids I work with, so if something happens, I know where to find them!

Thanks a lot for ruining my Sunday morning!! I had conveniently forgotten the paper that is soon due that I really need to start working on... itʻs been sitting open on my screen for several days now...

I had a few lovely pieces just last night! At the end of the night, the kids must give me their candy, and I "hold" it for them, and, of course, take as I choose. They know thatʻs the rule. If they really want something, theyʻll let me know and Iʻll (usually) honor the request.
But, more importantly, I didnʻt know you were 5ʻ1! I always thought dreams was such a cute name and you had such lovely avatars, and now I can picture you cute too! When I was in high school, I dreamed of being shorter.

As for candy, we have a huge amount of candy leftover from our own stash thanks to the low trick-or-treater turn out and since Ryleigh isn't a real big candy eater, I planning on sending a lot of it to work with my husband. I can't keep that stuff lieing around whispering my name.

Aww, cute! My daughter decided to be a vampire princess. It worked out well- daddy got her vampire teeth, and she choose a dress-up dress from her stash. We went to a community event first, and there was a section with princesses. Someone said "Would you like to see all the pretty princesses?" to which my daughter responded "I AM a pretty princess!" and, of course, she was/is. My other son decided to be an army guy. He wanted to be a fan, or a house, or something else "not human," so we were going to make him a present, but daddy never got the box and paint. So he was very happy to wear his camo shirt and camo jeans (didnʻt match *at all*, btw!) and carry a tiny squirt gun. My other son was a knight, courtesy of a sale at Target.

Daddy is usually in charge of Halloween.
