If you don't get an answer here, benham, then I'd ask your question again by starting a thread in either the Reading Software section of the forum, or possibly the ePub section.
Incidentally, the My account page and Sony Ebook store page should be accessed via the Ebook library software, not your web browser. But you may be doing this anyway.
