Its a laptop, so no to the Motherboard upgrade

Its not a major issue, as I don't have that many apps that NEED WinXP, and for those that do, I could always switch it back to a Dualboot if need be.

I also have a New Macbook Pro, which I believe does support HAV, so I could always have XP Mode in the Bootcamp or just run XP in a VM.

Having this feature was a nice bonus, but not a requirement so am not that disappointing. The main reason I posted about this was that other people should be aware, especially as even some of the machines which had HAV shipped with it disabled (Looking at you Sony)
