Ebook Library didn't recognize my reader last night. That's the first time that's happened to me, although I have had the device freeze up on me occasionally. Usually, I can do a soft reset and everything is fine. I just have to wait patiently for my reader to cycle through the loading process. This time, though, I had to do a hard reset and consequently lost everything on the reader. It's not really that big of a deal other than a loss of reading time and a gain of frustration. I also don't know if they actually fixed anything with the new version of Ebook Library. I had the same problem of the software becoming forever non-responsive when I disconnected my reader. One suggestion I had gotten from the support people was to unistall and reinstall the software, but then I would have to reload all my HUNDREDS of ebooks.

Has anyone else had problems like this with the new version? (Please, don't anyone suggest Calibre. I already use it but it does not support Bookmarks/Notes which I use extensively.)
