Just tried 0.2.0. Seems working fine.
One minor problem: Clicking "Notes" or "Hide" icon will cause the screen refresh twice (sometimes thrice). Could you delay calling refresh (400 ms should be enough)? I guess maybe you can solve the problem this way.
BTW, is it possible to use Typing refresh always and let users decide when to generate a full refresh by clicking a button?
