PRS-505 with memory stick and SD card

With my PRS-505 I have been using a 2GB SD card. It appears like a USB peripheric with the name "Sony Reader storage card".

I bought yesterday a 4GB memory stick. It appears exactly under the same name "Sony Reader storage card" which I find confusing.

This is inconvenient because I use a syncing program and I need to individualize the name of these cards before I make a backup mistake.

Is this a way just to do it? I would be happy to read for example:
- Sony Reader memory stick
- Sony Reader SD card.

Any tip welcome. Any Linux tip most welcome.
