Okay, here are the settings I'm using. I use French for the language because it supports accents but otherwise has the same alphabet as English (it's the one I'm most familiar with
).
I also insert the cover art so that it becomes my title page, just like a "real" book. I s'pose I could track down the back cover blurb as well and complete the effect.
