We TRY to use the FAQ sheet to catch the latest techniques and tips on features NOT in the User Manual. I do not like it... but it gets the devices to market a bit faster.

This is where I feel that Astak should improve since I could not find any detail of the device until I brought it, and return it of course. Unlike the other that they post the manual on the web so that I can download and read thru it before making a decision. This is to help finding the information I need easily. I wish that you could push this and having all the device manual on the web so that I can go look at it before buying it.
FAQ is also good but some how it is not up-to-date, I feel. Again, if there is any detail information on the change in each update it would be really helpful. Because I do remember that I update the firmware without knowing what is the new feature until I play with it after the update.
