International access, TTS, large format (for the DX), larger "new book" selection. So far the Kindle has also popularized ebook readers to the point of becoming eponymous, and that every new ebook reader is posited as a "Kindle Killer."

The Nook only has two real new things, the color LCD section and loaning ebooks. It's a step forward, but hardly a "revolution."
