the one feature that i think windows could add that would be revolutionary would be desktop virtualization. the ability to create another instance of the operating system such that it is self contained and disposable. the reason why i think this is for security. imagine being able to create a virtual session that u could trash afterwards and nothing would affect the rest of the computer. it would really help solve the security issue on desktops...in terms of installing viruses and spyware, etc.
