My 600 seems has short battery life as well, I usually read book about 30 minutes a day, and the battery seems goes away 1 bar/day. meaning I need to recharge it for about 2~3 hours(or 300~400 page turns) of reading. definitely less than a week. The book I am reading is a self made PDF file (converted from a chm file). So, some time when I turn the page, the e-Ink screen refresh twice, (instead of once). My hypothesis is taht : the Sony PRS 600 spend lot's power on processing to display the PDF file.

Just wondering if it is normal, what do you think?
